Hi there! I am Shaun Sifford the new pastor at Peachtree Baptist Church. I was born and raised in the Lufkin, TX area. I grew up with godly grandparents who took me to church. I asked Jesus to be my Savior at VBS when I was 10 years old. I felt God’s calling when I was 16, but did not answer it for several years later.

I married Nicole on July 1, 1995. We began our ministry shortly after and have been blessed with 3 beautiful kiddos: Our daughter, Chloe & her husband, Kameron, our son Carson & his fiancé Kamryn, & our son Caden. We were recently blessed with our fist grandbaby, a little girl, Kollins Claire.

Outside of ministry, I love the outdoors. I love to hunt, fish, and enjoy gardening.

My favorite verse is Proverbs 17:22!

Hi! I’m Nicole and yes, I am the Pastor’s wife! Shaun and I have been married since July 1, 1995 and we have 3 beautiful children. Our family is growing as we added a son-in-love in December of 2022 and will be adding a daughter-in-love in November of this year! We just added our 1st grandchild on June 3 and boy am I excited to be “CoCo” to that sweet baby girl!

Matthew 6:33 is one of my favorite verses. I use it as a constant reminder that if I am seeking God 1st and His righteousness , then everything will always fall into His plan for me!

We are so excited to be living in Jasper now and serving at Peachtree Baptist Church where everyone loves Jesus and each other and it shows!! Come see us sometime!

I have been married for 45 years to my husband, Gary. We have 2 children and 3 grandsons. I have lived in Jasper my whole life and graduated from Jasper in 1978.

We became members of Peachtree Baptist Church in 2009 and I began working here in February 2020, after I retired from 29 years at Jasper ISD in December of 2019.
